Ivan Perišić

Ivan Perišić was born in Split, SFR Yugoslavia on Feb. 2, 1989. Known for his versatile ability on football fields, one could find his figure in several position on football fields, such as winger, attacking midfielder or second striker. He started his football playing career when he was young, receiving systemic training from youth system. In 2009, Ivan Perišić reached a three-year agreement with the Club Brugge of Belgium. Throughout his club career with Club Brugge, he won nine goals in 33 league matches and played for Brugge in UEFA Europa League campaign for eight times.

In 2011, he moved to Borussia Dortmund of Germany by a five-year contract for €5 million. In 2013, he transferred to VfL Wolfsburg for €8 million for his outstanding performances on football fields. In 2015, he transferred to cooperate with Internationale with a five-year contract for €16 million. For great achievements with Croatia national football team, he was called up for the U17, U19 and U21 on behalf of Croatia. In 2011, he participated in a competition for the Croatia national football team for the first time.
